New Crispy demos revealed
Posted on September 6, 2017 by Mitch Andrews
Exciting news for fans of Danish group Crispy. A friend of ours, Cesar, has been in touch with Crispy's male vocalist Christian Møller, who has sent him 3 CDs full of original demos by the group. Christian has asked that in loving memory of the group's vocalist Mette, the songs be shared online to the widest audience possible.
Cesar has created a new YouTube channel "The Crispy Archive" which will showcase the unreleased material by Crispy. Be sure to visit the archive here and check out this amazing material, which had it not been for Christian's generosity, would never have seen the light of day.
According to Cesar, the CD was not in the best condition, with a scratch on one of them so deep you could see right through it. Luckily, only one track was badly affected by the scratch - the bubblegum dance song "Whoops!!" - and only part of the track was successfully salvaged. Amazingly, all of the other songs were not affected and were successfully ripped.
Some of the fantastic new demos include "Dragon Heart", "Pamela Camera", "Buh! Buh! Buh!", "Mumbo Jumbo", "I Wonder Who's Kissing You Now", "Sugar Kiss Candy", "Whoops!!" and "Atlantis." There is a whopping 19 songs on the CDs, so be sure to check out each one and let us know your favourites!
