Twister
Twister is the name of a bubblegum dance project from Germany. Originally formed in 1997, the group was made up of four members under which they released their first single "Hi Energy."
By 2000, the group was reduced to 3 members and they released 2 new singles in a more bubblegum dance style, "I Believe" and "...In Your Eyes."
"I Believe" has been compared to Smile.dk's song "Don't Believe You're Leaving," as both are quite similar in melody and production. Since Smile.dk's song was released after Twister, it's unsure whether Smile.dk was inspired by the Twister song, or if it's purely coincidental.
