Biography
Sonny & Jeanne's real names are Sonny Fredie-Pedersen and Jeanne Aunel. In early 2000 they were both recognised as professional dancers, and with the popularity of child star bubblegum projects growing in Scandinavia, they were signed by Mega Records to record an album with producers Darwich & Garcia, who were best known for their work with fellow Danish child stars Creamy.
After their bubblegum project concluded, they both went on to pursue other projects. Sonny began to record music with his sister Gigi under the group name "Brother+Sister," and they released two albums together "Brother+Sister" (2002) and "Sonny Vs Gigi" (2005). Sadly, neither album were produced as bubblegum dance, but general pop, but they were recorded in English. Sonny later went on to gain notable fame as a solo artist and performer, and has featured in several of his own national TV shows evolving around his life as an entertainer, such as Ingen Slinger I Valsen, Familien Pedersen, and Sonny, Dans og Stjernedrømme.
As a choreographer and dancer, Fredie-Pedersen is credited with having worked with Christina Aguilera, Nicki Minaj, Taylor Swift, Paula Abdul, Kylie Minogue, and Nicole Scherzinger. Pedersen is a former competitive dancer and has sixteen Danish National Champion titles in Latin and Ballroom on his record. He has worked and performed on international TV productions, such as Dancing With The Stars, The Oscars, and Eurovision. In 2014, Sonny released the RnB/Swing styled album "International."
